No Bake Energy Bites
Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup toasted shredded coconut
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla
Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
Cover mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls. Enjoy immediately!! Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
